Understanding Overview reports:

The overview reports section shows us our website's or blog's audience at a glance. Its not the real time report. If we want the real time reports click on the real time report that is shown beside the overview.

Sharing reports:

To share reports to the colleagues within the organization, use thee following steps:

Step1:

Click on the customization menu on the side bar menu. We will get four menu items, click on the custom reports.

Step2:

On clicking the Custom Reports, we will be redirected to the following page.Click on the Action button of the  report that is to be shared. A drop down with 4 options appears. Click on share.

Step3: A popup window appears asking to choose the method of sharing. Choose template link sharing.

Step4: On choosing and clicking on the share button another popup windows appears with a shareable link.

Step5: Copy the link and share.
